Hello list.
I have an odd question that my manager asked me to post. Does anyone receive itemized invoices for maintenance agreements? What we are looking for is a breakdown between software upgrades, user licenses and support. Thanks for any help.

I just looked at ours. It is not broken down. It has one line item on it and is described as: Software Maintenance and Support Fees pursuant to the terms of the License Agreement.
