JDE licenses vs Tech support

In the process of cost cutting, we have decided to stop using Oracle Tech Support Services and there by expect to reduce the amount we pay to Oracle.
So, we would like to pay for the JDE licenses (volume of user ids) as usual and stop using the My Oracle Support (no logging in to support.oracle.com and no access to KG).
Will there be any reduction in the payment by doing so?

Did anyone of you tread this path before, anyone dealt with this situation before...please do advice.
Any kind of information on this is appreciated.
