We are experiencing an intermittent issue with the JDE COM Connector after upgrading from 8.93 to 8.96.
We have 6 web services operating, using the JDE COM Connector to interface with JDE. Each web service calls a custom business function that performs reasonably simple tasks. Of the 6 we are having issues with only 2 of the calls. In both cases they call a BF, which returns records individually till end of file (F4101 and F0101).
The errors are intermittent and we do not seem to be able to understand what is causing the error of how we are getting it to start performing correctly. Stopping the JDE COM process does not necessary clear the error.
I have noticed on the server logs that the BF runs for a number of the records and then just falls over, but if we run the same BF via JDE it returns all records. It does seem that it only processes the same number of records each time before falling over, but that number varies the next time it falls over after it starts working ok. We have looked at the COM logs and server logs and there is nothing on these that indicate what is causing the issue. We have logged the call with JDE, but they have not been much help.
