Incorrect total being calculated in the summary section - Report R04572 the standard Checks Print program
Hi List,
One of the checks contained numerous voucher lines. This
check was printed out on two pages. The problem is the total amounts were calculated incorrectly in the summary section.
JDE support told me that the program R04572 is designed to print on 8 1/2 x 11 papaer. and the maximum lines that allows to print on a check stub is 10. the purpose to do so is to prevent wased check stock.
but here, our users don't care about 'wasting' check stock, and they need to have the correct calculation.
does anyone have the same issue and request from users? how did you solve it? did you redesign the program?
i really don't know what to do at this point. the JDE support said they are not supporting if we made any changes to this program.
please help!!!
