How to Secure Batch Versions from the Row Exit???

I need to secure BV from Users to change Data Selection by going to row Exit on Web... When they do this, they permanently modify Data Selection on the version permanently... How can I secure this to *ALL??

We are on E1 V 8.12 TR 898.1.4

Struggling to find the correct option to vote for so..

1) Create the versions and with security option 1 on the version (Version details form)
-> Only the user-ID that created the version can change DS/PO

2) Use security to disallow DS/PO on version level or UBE (application) level

3) use row/exit security to block "data selection" row exit

Probably more options exist but this should do?
We have a *PUBLIC security to disallow DS and PO changes and only allow exceptions where required
