GLALT7 - Commitment Relief flag (F0911)

Hello.. hoping someone can shed some light on the Commitment Relief Flag (F0911.GLALT7). I'm trying to extract data support spend analysis supplier and payment terms using F0411 and F0911). I've noticed that majority of my variances between F0411.RPAG and F0911.GLAA, there are two records in F0911 where GLALT7 is X on one and N on the other. Can anyone help provide some insight..

From the Data Dictionary:

This field determines how the journal entry should impact a commitment made in
the Purchasing and/or Contract Management systems. Possible values are:

blank The commitment should be relieved.
N The commitment relief has already been performed and should not be
performed for this journal entry.
X The commitment should be relieved; however if the receipt/payment is
for a different exchange rate than the purchase order or contract,
omit any exchange rate conversion.
