Hi List,
The question has been raised as to whether or not an external shipping program can write directly to a JDE form. We were told that it is possible if we count the number of tab stops to the fields that need to be written to, but honestly we are at a loss as to how this is done. This is a program that previously did screen scraping on our legacy system and the vendor doesn't want to have to write back or insert alot of records directly into the file when the F4201 needs to be updated.
Has anyone heard of this being done?
