EO 8.9 to Demo Computer

Hi everybody!
I want to give a demonstration of EO 8.9 and want to move part of our live 8.9 system to a demonstration PC so it will work standalone. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to do this. Do I have to use product packaging to do this? Has anyone got any good documentation...

of the competing products.

I believe a product like boomerang can be used to move development projects. I am looking for a solution to demonstrate the WEB and FAT client on a standalone machine. Or to put it another way... have deployment, enterprise, web and fat on 1 machine.
