E9.2 ECO Item change

I'm facing a problem when I try to change the UOM on the item through ECO. But it seems to be the only field that greys out. And I don't know how to change it.

Now the only idea for me is to change it directly on item master F4101 but I want to avoid that and do it through ECO.

If someone can help me figure this out. Much appreciated.

If anyone looking for the same issue. The answer is primary UOM not suppose to be change. Do the UOM conversion for item instead.
