Dear All,
In E812, all binary and long text fields are now stored differently from previous versions.
I know that Oracle has adopted a new XML structure format if such binary field contains a structure (e.g. in the case of F98720 or F98743).
However the problem is that this XML stream also ssems to be packed or encrypted in some proprietary way.
Does anyone have any idea how you can decrypt/unpack these blobs. Once again, it looks like the problem is in the function that JDE API is/was using to Read/Write blobs. Since we are developing a third-party software, it would be great to see if anyone had the same problem and manage to get any meaning out of the new blob fields.
