We are looking into using deduction manager for A/R. Any experience - good or bad? I've heard that it's a great tool, and I've also heard that it's difficult to use.

It's a great tool, if there is a need for it.
Not that difficult, it is all in the setup of it when you have to come up with the codes to use(reason why you want to deduct and the ways to solve the problem with them with code.
