Cycle Count Won\'t Update

Help! We use the Row exit on P41240 to "update the cycle count" and it has remained at status 40 and will not create Cardex or GL transactions. We have also tried to go through the GL side to make it update to no avail. We have many plants and do this process frequently without any trouble.

Any suggestions other than create a new cycle count? Is there anything I may have overlooked?

Have you checked the PDF for the R41413? Do any error messages show on the PDF?

Hi,
You have to check DMAAI for 4152 and 4154 with document PI.
This doc is used for cycle count post.

Bingo!

We had just updated many AAI's and we had a document type error in the
spreadsheet when we copied into the 4152 and 4154. The other odd thing was
that since all of items on the cycle count "bombed out", there was no PDF
file to review. However, we finally thought to check the Work Center of the
person who ran the update, and sure enough it showed the 4152 AAI's were the
problem.
