Was wondering if anyone is using the Customer Self Service module and if their customers are using it effectively? Were you able to install it without modifications?

I was afraid of that. PeopleSoft has been attempting to install the software at our site since 10/04 without success. The issues that they are having are related to setting up the security for external access.
