Credit Manager address book for CREDLIMIT workflow setup

Hi
This is my first post so I'll do my best to make it sensible. I've activated the CREDLIMIT workflow process and set up the UDC 01/CR to route the approval message to a specific address book (descrition 2 field). However, the approval messages always go to address book record 1001 regardless of what the UDC 01/CR descrition 2 field contains. Please can anyone help.
