Creating of ST-OT!!!

Please help! Is any way to automatic creation of ST-OT orders? Using EDI/Z-tables etc. for example? My company has many data from another system, and every day we should create many ST-OT orders NOT using only our hands! I didn't find way to create ST-OT orders using EDI. One way to create ST-OT using imports to F3411 and then R3411, but this isn't good! Have you any ideas?
