Create!form, Covus, Optio

Hi list.

I am going to be looking at demos of Create!form, Covus (Formscape) and Optio in a few weeks. We are primarily looking at basic distribution, electronic payments, laser checks and positive pay. I'd be very interested in any comments, pro or con, on any of the three products. Any gotchas encountered? Any unexpected complications? If you had it to do over would you still make the same choice?

We use Create!form, with very few complaints.

Another vendor you may consider is Xcellerate IT. I don't know what they are like in practice, but their presentation was interesting.

Jim, we were looking at the same list of products, plus a few more.

the two bits:
Create!Form - stable and works
Formscape - never got past their presentation
Optio - never got past their price

Stay away from PlanetPress, we could not get it to work and abandoned it.
