Hi
In OW, the Collection Manager shows all past due record for all company including '00000', the control record. When I put in a Promise/Promise, it doesn't mark all records of the same address book as 'worked' but only the company I have chosen. Also the message I put in is company specific as well. In WORLD, it doesn't matter which company I choose, it will update all records of the same A/B number.
Is it a undesirable feature or a bug?
Is there any way that we can make it work like WORLD?
