build fulll package,server package error

hi list,
I build a full package(both server and client),the client package is built successfully,but the server package isn't built successful with so mang functions were not found.
e.g. (B4207070,B4207060,B4205230,B4205170,B4205160 and so on). I'm a newbie.Does anyone can help me?

For any failed BSFN a log file is generated in a CompileLogs directory. If the BSFN is correctly built, a <BSFN name>.log is created. Otherwise w <BSFN name>.err is created.
Could you checked what happened during the package build ?
