blanket release & shipment generation

Hello everybody!
Did somebody face the following problem:
I'm releasing purchase blanket order with more than one order line. After generation of purchase order only very first line of it contains shipment number and shipment details form shows only that line. UDC 49/SD is set up for shipment generation for the order type and line type. When creating purchase order of that type and line type shipment is generated successfully.
So what is going on?
Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.

what are your transportation constants ?
Any try with the same article for the 2 lines ?

Hello!
1) In transportation constants only Shipment Consolidation checkbox is checked. Others are empty.
2) Different goods on different lines of generated order.
