I am yet to receive the setup CD's for ERP 8 for Unix, as I was studing the Installation Doc's, It would be very kind of to clarify a few points:
1) Statup databse is availabe on Deployement Server?
1) In case of ERP 8 for Unix, what is the startup database Access or DB2 UDB.
2) If its DB2 UDB its not supported on Windows NT, so does it mean that I would need Win 2000 Adv Server as Deployment Server.
What should be the OS for Deployment Server if my Enterprise Server is on Unix in case of ERP 8 for Unix.
Further, may be sounds very stupid, but can we install ERP 8 for Unix on a NT/2000 machine?
