Base Price/Branch Plant

Branch Plant

I have customers that can order product from two companies. I have set the price up in both branch plants but I can't seem to get the account to pull the price up when entering a sales order for the second company/branch

I have two companies 1 & 2 with branch plant of 10 & 20 as example Customer can by from Company 1 Branch 1 or Company 2 Branch 20. How ever when entering the order in Company 2 Branch 20 the base price doesn't populate, the adjustments from advanced pricing however do?

Can anyone point me in the right direction. Is this a limition of JDE or my set up?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you set up the Base Price by Branch? What value is in the Sales Price
Level in the Item Master? Other than the price itself, are your price
details set up the same for both branches? That is, are the other keys the
same--Unit of Measure, Currency Code, Effective Dates?

I have a base price established in the new branch. The items are essentially set up the same the only difference is price and effective dates.

UOM, Currency and Sales Price Level are the same.
