B34A2360 - Create Error MessageDescription

Did anyone ever use BSFN B34A2360. Can anyone explain to me what it does and how to use it?

As a quick test by passing in

0003 into szErrorMsgId and,
Test Error into szErrorSubstitutionText

it looks like the returned value from szErrorMessageDescription is Blanks Invalid Test Error.

This is the concatenation of the Data dictionary error message description and the string passed into the BSFN.

A bit quicker than creating a FI and calling it yourself....?

OWinfo is also good for this, but not free
