E9.2 Attach Part List not getting update on Work Order

When Running attach part list R31410 work order doesn't get update and it shows blank , is anyone can know what is the issue and how to fix it
 
1. Check processing option. Final mode.
2. Check for expired BOMs
3. Check work center messages.
 
I have also seen issues arise based on WO effective date vs the WO start date. If the effective date on the BOM is close to the start date, I recommend moving that effective date back into the past by 6 months or so, and that has often resoved the issue for me.
