Hi list,
4332 DMAAI is able to record Cost of Sales variance at Voucher Match time (P4314), and in order to do that it's calculating On Hand quantity to be compared with quantity matched.
This kind of feature is not correctly working while running P4314 over multiple lines with the same item number, and that's why On Hand quantity retrieval is made at line level (and not at item level as it should).
Please notice I'm talking about a bug able to affect variance booking (F0911) / Cardex booking (F4111) / Weight Average Cost Calculation (F4105) ... thus it's IMHO a big issue affecting all OW/E1 release.

did you experience this issue and how did you solve it ?

can you please look at SAR 7371630 (October 2004) explaining this issue ?
JDEdwards is telling us "From the current functional flow, the above result cannot be achieved. Because, the voucher match editdoc F4314EditDoc processes the order line one by
one or separately from the cache. As a result, the variance will be calculated individually."
Is it in your opinion admitted ERP support is not going to fix a similar issue because it's too difficult for them to redesign F4314EditDoc Business Function ?
I'll appreciate any hint on that.
