A/R Statements

What steps do you take to create A/R statements other than the following:
Set A/R constants to print statements for the company.
Set Customer Master to print statements.
Run the Statment Notification Refresh.
Run the statements.
Am I missing any steps? Is anyone using JDE for A/R statements?
