We are upgrading from 9.2.5.2 to 9.2.6.3. We have noticed a considerable performance degradation in login time and time to render menus on 9.2.6. We've confirmed MTU values and suspended anti-virus with no affect. Has anyone else seen this and have you found a solution?

We just upgraded from 9.2.2.2 to 9.2.6.2 and noticed the same thing. No solutions yet.

Does anyone know if this issue was discussed at the Tech SIG meeting at BLUEPRINT 4D last week?

It wasn't brought up at the E1 Tech SIG general session. Have you opened an SR with Oracle support about this?
Yes. Oracle seems to be ok with the slower login speed. We're told several customers have complained. We are trying 9.2.6.4.

9.2.6.4 contains a fix for the performance issue. Oracle finally admitted they created the problem in 9.2.6.2. Login performance is once again acceptable.

We are in the same boat. After upgrade, we are seeing slow performance during login and application load etc. We tried applying 9.2.6.4, but unfortunately that didnt help our case..

We just upgraded to 9.2.6.5 and 2019 Windows jas servers, we are getting complaints of slowness as well. Still looking for a solution.

Check the MTU settings on the NICs. We are on OCI and found that the default MTU is 9000 for all servers. Only the DB box should be set to 9000. All other servers should be set to 1500. There was a huge performance lift.

Checked and all NICs were set at 1500
