Our warehouse transfered inventory using a version of the ST/OT process. During transit, the inventory expired. I can view the quantity open on the summary availability and the open purchase order screens. However, when I try to receive the item using P4312, the PO does not appear. Since the item was already ship confirmed, there isn't a way to change the expiration date. Is there any way this inventory can be received?
