Hi Gordon,
In answer to your first question:
You can find these types of buttons on the grey bar in the middle of OMW
panel.
Do not try to find them in the Row, Form or other menu (...and on the Exit
Bar), you won't find them.
The only way to guess the functions of the buttons is to move your mouse
cursor over the button and keep there until baloon help pops up.
The button set which is visible on the mentioned place depends on where and
what kind of type item is selected.
Further Disabled/Enabled status depends on many things, e.g. the status of
obect (e.g.Checked In or not), status of the project, does the projects hold
the token for the object or do not, do you have listed in the owners of the
project or do not, if you are listed then what is your user role in the
project, etc.
I well know, it sounds a bit complicated at first time but I hope, could
help a bit at the start.
About your second issue, I am also very curious to the solution. It will be
GREAT if somebody will have one. Forum, GO! ... and if you answer this
second issue, then ask Eric in the same time to put it quickly onto the Tips
& Traps board at the top rank.
Good luck for starting with OMW,
&
Merry Christmas!
