Hi Kiran=2C
When you add a new language (via GH9612 on JDEPLAN environment)=2C it co pies two different data sets =3A UDCs/ Menus and Central Objects
Both are copied from a local SQL Database (JDELanguage=5FJ or something similar) on your DEPLOYMENT=5CJDELOCAL instance
into your Control Tables - xx811 and Central Objects - xx811 datasources =2E
So=2C you need to build and deploy a FULL package to make Japanese Centr al Objects entries available to users and servers=2E
And it=27s quite possible that your Central Objects entries were success fully copied while UDCs are still missing=2C specially if you any used R emote
Tools (NetMeeting=2C RDP=2C Citrix=2C DameWare=2C rAdmin=2C CarbonCopy=2C etc) to conduct the Language setup=2E
JDE strongly discourages the use of any Remote Tools to run ESUs=2C ASUs =2C Languages=2C Spec Merges and Installation Workbench=3B OneWorld
R98403 and R98700 UBEs tends to =22forget=22 to copy some records if th e procedure is ran within any kind of remote session=2E
I have to say it=27s absurd that an ERP designed for international busin ess doesn=27t support remote administration tools in 2007=2C but that=27 s the way it is=2E
You have to operate the Deployment from its physical console=2C doesn=27 t matter if it=27s inhouse or orbiting Proxima Centauri (what a ping tim e would be!)
Have a nice day=2C
