You should be prompted for your customer id and password, you need this in
order to view the release notes.
Once you have entered in your customer id and password you should be on the
general search screen. In the Search for: field enter Cume 15 release notes
and click search. This should bring up a listing and the first one in the
list is what you want: PeopleSoft World A7.3 Cume 15 Release Notes. Click
on it to save it to your computer for opening and printing.

SARS/Objects Included
Again enter your user name and password. On the screen you need to click:
List of SARS/Objects Included.
On the next screen click on view on the link: A7.3 Cumulative Update 15
SARS/Objects Included - View
Roll down to the bottom and follow the directions on how to download the
spreadsheet with all of the SARS in Cume 15.
In this spreadsheet you can click on one of the SARS to view that SAR.
