Change the jde.ini file on your WTS machine(s), not on the Deployment =
Server (which is used by package deployments).

On WTS, we want the JDE.INI to point to an OutputDirectory that is the =
user's home directory as specified by WTS.
However.... For FAT people, we do not want this line in the JDE.INI.
So... I take it the JDE.INI is part of the package? Or general install =
process? How do I "publish" a JDE.INI that is separate for these types =
of clients?
