MPS doesn't pick up WO status 90

Our client is using World A7.3. Even though WO status 90 is set to Y on inclusion rules, these orders are being ignored.
Work orders for the same item and branch at a lower status do get included.
Any ideas as to why this could be happening?

I don't know World, but back in E1, a WO status of 90 indicates that the WO is completed, in which case there would be no more open quantity to plan. Is that not the case for you?

No, in this case status 90 means partially completed
