Try going to the P00025 and delete the record there. It should release =
the reservation.

Subject: Locked Work Order
We have a user that was updating a work order and her PC froze and she =
had to reboot. In either case, now if anyone attempts (including her) =
to update this work order again - it says it's locked and can only be =
changed by her. However, the system does not allow her to update it =
either. Has anyone run into this and how might I fix it? Thanks!
