You should be able to load NT SQL/Oracle etc, then the OW Deployment Server
setup CD then restore back your drive with the B7 folder on it. The only
bits you need from the registry is the ODBC settings (which is easier than
retyping them). This is assuming that you will use the same machine name as
before.
I did this as part of a Disaster Recovery test and it worked fine going
from Compaq to IBM. If you want more info I have the manual I wrote to do
this for NT/SQL7 and I also have one from another part of company who uses
NT/Oracle.

We have an IBM NT 4.0 server that we would like to swap for a Dell NT 4.0
server. Does anyone know what I would need to do to swap them? I've heard
you need to import some registry files in from the old server.
