X1 Solutions Announces the release of Mobile Sales Suite for JD Edwards.
Atlanta, GA December 6, 2001
The Mobile Sales Suite system is a Domino based Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management solution designed with native integration to ERP systems. Mobile Sales Suite has been in the market place for two years for the BPCS user base. The product is now being made available to JD Edwards users. X1 Solutions is looking for two or three existing JD Edwards clients who are interested in participating in our Beta Site Program.
The Mobile Sales Suite solution family is composed of three sets of products: MSS/CRM, MSS/SFA and MSS/COM.
MSS/CRM is a full function Customer Relationship Management system. Comprised of over 10 modules, MSS/CRM includes Contact, Activity and Opportunity tracking modules for complete management of all prospects, clients and sales opportunities. MSS/CRM also includes modules for Marketing and Product data, Competitor tracking, To-do Actions, and Open Discussion Forums.
MSS/SFA is Sales Force Automation for your remote sales team. MSS/SFA provides the operational data that remote users need on a daily basis and provides organizations with a tool for automating the production and delivery of traditional ERP reports. Data such as customer sales history is delivered to each user with data for both volumes and dollars along with year to year comparisons. Sales data is accessible down to the invoice level. Other modules include Inventory Analysis for the reporting of product inventory levels as well as the Demand Forecasting module for the reporting and collection of product demand forecasts. An off-line order creation module is also available for customer order initialization while in the field.
All MSS data is access controlled by user profiles. This minimizes the amount of data each user is required to store as well as provides data security for your organization. Many of the MSS modules are also web enabled for secured Internet access by users or even customers. The MSS system contains data load and update utilities that can integrate to any DB/2 or SQL compatible database. These utilities provide fast and reliable integration and data updates and take advantage of the sales and customer data that you already have developed within your ERP system.
