1. Enter an order with debug logging and JAS logging on - preferable on a Full Client where you can control the actions, etc.
2. Use Oracles Performance Workbench (or any number of other log analyzers) to analyze the debug log where most of the table updates you are probably concerned about will take place.
3. Not sure how to analyze the JAS log - anyone????
HOWEVER, keep the following in mind...
1. Depending on the type of order, what you do in the order, items on the order, is the order type configured for transportation, is it a transfer order, etc. the list of tables will vary significantly.
2. The number of tables will be overwhelming.
