E9.2 Simple Discount Price Adjustment

Hi,

This is the most simple Price Adjustment, and there are ages when I've done it the last time.

This time I couldn't make it work.

Setup done below:







Now, I am adding a new line in the SO (note: I did not add the schedule to Customer nor P4210 version)



Go to Price History and manually add the adjustment; I was expecting that once I type in the sequence no., find and retrieve my Price Adjustment, insert the Reason Code - all the rest will b e calculated automatically.
Otherwise, why should I bother - the user can use any similar pre-existent adjustment name and just type in the rest manually.



Thank you for any thoughts to clear my confusion.

Works as designed

You can add any adjustment line via price history, but have to fill in the details
If you have an Adjustment, it calculates automatically

looks like the adjustment schedule is not in the SO or in the customer master.

This is correct, and that's what I stated from the beginning - "(note: I did not add the schedule to Customer nor P4210 version)".
Because it is not Customer specific and it could apply to one, none or any.
