RPG code for P48129 - Contract Billing (Service Billing Batch Initializer)

We are running A7.1 version of JDE. We want to prevent revenue fee lines from being created when the eligibility code (WDELGC) = '4'. The fix is available in A7.3 Cum7. I would appreciate it if you could send me the RPG code for P48129 in A7.3Cum7? My email id is: [email protected]
