Printing Issues with new model of printer

We just swapped out a user's printer for a new model. The old model was an HP4000 and the new model is HP2015. We can not seem to print to this printer through OneWorld. I can see it hit the outq on the 4000 and when I release the outq, it leaves but never makes it to our printer server. The outq is based on an IP address and we haven't had a problem before. I think it has to do with the model of printer. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to resolve this?

This did not solved our problem. Reports coming from OneWorld are in a PDF format, so we had to create remote print writer to send the pdf to our print server. The printer is not connected to the iSeries.
