sp_cursorprepexec and index usage analysis

I am looking at queries generated by OneWorld XE in SQL Profiler to see execution plans for index usage analysis. Does anyone know how the stored procedures sp_cursorprepexec, sp_execute, and sp_prepexec work? If anyone has any advice on doing index usage analysis with OneWorld it would be much appreciated.
