jdenet_n not starting on hpux

we are not able to start jde on hpux server. The error
in /app/oneworld/b7333/system/bin32/jdenet_n.log is

aCC runtime: Error 22 from shl_findsym(/usr/lib/libCsup.2,_shlInit).

This error was also reported by one more poster here mentioning , Tech Flash GSSTF-03-0531 has the workaround. Unfortunately we are not able to contact JDE at this time. Can somebody post Tech Flash or tell workaround?

You need to get on SP21 or SP22.

If not, apply these patches for HP-UX 11.0 only:
PHSS_26559, PHSS_26262, and PHSS_24303.

You would be better off upgrading to 11i if possible.
