error on package build

I just applied JD16197 ESU to my PY environment. I tried to do a full
package build and am receiving the following error:

ERROR:
EventRule : Business Function BuildPackage at line 13 for Event 15 in
Section Software Package Build Header has caused a memory violation.
Any ideas?

I just got this error as well. I did find out later in the day that terminal services was running on my Deployment Server. I have removed them and I believe that the issue is fixed.
