Hi All,
I've got duplicate cardex records being entered on the rare occassion.
They have all the same data except DOC has been incremented by one.
We've narrowed it down to citrix users only and it appears that somehow they're clicking the OK button twice, and hence there are two sets of entries.
I've checked the END DOC processing on the button thinking that somehow it may be asynch processing however they're already set to synch.
Relase: ERP8.0
SP: 21
Revision level: 0
DB: Oracle
