I would create 1 new database with 3 new tablespaces (VERTEX_PD, VERTEX_PY,
VERTEX_TS), one for each environment (the Vertex databases can be configured
per environment). I was required to do this so Payroll could test Vertex tax
updates in PY before we copied the tables to PD. Funny since I've never
before seen a Vertex error. The issue must have been somewhere else -
perhaps a BSFN. I'd definately keep it far away from JDE's tablespaces.
