Making package builds go faster

Wow. Great suggestions.

I've just setup a Coexistence environement with an iSeries 270 and a Dual
2.0 GHz Deployment server (1 GB RAM) with Central Objects in SQL 2000. I've
go a seperate network segment just for server traffic (100 Mps). I'm running
Xe, SP21_C1, Update 7 and the latest planner ESU. My first full package
build took 11 hours: ~4 hours on the deployment server and ~7 hours on the
Enterprise server. The enterprise server was almost at 100% so I'm not sure
what multi-threading will do to it.

I'm gonna take some of these suggestions and post the results (defrag
deployment server, use multi-threaded queue for package building - not queue
batch, ensure that AS/400 NIC is full duplex and not half).
