World Writer on F0315 File

I am attempting to create a world writer that should be pretty basic, (I am joining the F0101, the F0301 and the F0315). The output of the file is Customer #, Name, Customer Credit Limit, AR Terms, Amount Open and Over Credit Limit. The F0315 file has duplicate records in the file because of parent /child relationships (or that is the way I am understanding it from the knowledge garden). I tried doing data selection by company and Parent/child flag on the F0315 and, unfortunately that still doesn't work. I am attaching a print screen of the F0315 for one customer so you can see what is in the file. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how would you approach creating a similar report?

Additionally in the F0315, there is a record for each company that the
customer has an A/R Balance and a summary record at company '00000'. So you
will need to select where RTCO = '00000' and the Parent/Child selection that
you have already found.

Boy, strange looking print screen there. It looks like you somehow have
double records in the F0315. I should think you would have 4 records, not 8
records. Two records would be for company 00000 and two records for the
main company. What is your attempted data selection? What is supposed to
be the correct answer for this customer number example? I would think
selecting on parent code = blank, and then picking on whatever company
number you want, should work for data selection purposes out of the F0315.
But given your sample customer, you would get double numbers from what I
would guess. Thus I somewhat question the contents of the F0315 file.
