Re: User Productivity Kit (UPK)
We purchased the User Productivity Kit a few months back and are currently working on our own scripts. We did not purchase any of the pre-done modules because of the cost. Our two administrators connect to OneWorld via Citrix which does not work so well with UPK. It doesn't recognize the individual objects. They are now connecting directly through Windows Terminal Services and things seem to be going fairly well. We've had some support delays because we have to go through PeopleSoft who then contacts the third-party company that actually created the application. If you are really serious about looking at this product I can try to arrange for you to talk with a UPK administrator and our systems hardware manager. While we've had a few bumps getting started, we think this is going to be a real plus for our company in the long term.
