Table IO, Select, Like - what\'s the syntax

It's been a bit since I've used the "like" operand.
What's the syntax?

Do I append a special character to my comparison value?

I think it is some thing like ~ which you get inside the table I/O.Hope this will help

Two things....append a percent sign (%) to your data and set the compare type in the select to "like" (~ with an underline).
