Hi List,
In P31225, when you want to search work orders, for a particular range of status, the status criteria is handled through event rules. The status range is not included in the sql request, but check after in event rules, and all rows with not matching status are remove by a "Suppress Grid Line".
As we use several version of P31225 where user are looking for all work orders in a range of status, for a business unit and F4801.ANSA, the sql request is sending a huge amount of rows, as status is handled after.
My question is :
our platform is made of one enterprise/data server,one ube server, and one bsfn server, and web servers (end users uses web client). Where are handled the "suppress grid line" process ? on the bsfn server ?
