Hi JDEList Forum Members,
Sometimes we experience the situation where row security seems to be skipped and users see all available grid records instead of only the records for the Branch/Plants they have access to.
This seem to happen only for HTML users (WebSphere 6.0.2.13) on JD Edwards OneWorld Xe (B73.3.3) on Tools Release SP23_R1. The security has not changed for some time and it seems to happen at random. Unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue to create the necessary debug logging.
We need to know which components can cause this situation. Can it be caused by certain kernels going into Zombie state (however we never experience Security Kernel Zombies) or issues during the flush of a security cache on the web servers or heavy work loads on the server (there can be from 700-1000 concurrent users).
Of course we have logged a call for this via Metalink3 but Oracle cannot help us further without debug log information (which I can understand).
